Nana-N-Paws Hours/Rates

Monday thru Saturday 7:00 am. – 6:00 p.m. (drop-offs and pick-ups can be made one hour before and after regular hours with prior notice).

Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

*Early drop-offs and late pick-ups can be made one hour before and after regular hours and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. There will be a $10.00 charge for each 1/2 hour increment (6:01-6:30 = $10 / 6:31-7:00 = $20).

*Daycare is included free of charge for any day your pet is spending the night.  There is a full-day daycare charge on your pickup day if you pickup your pet after 10:00 a.m. Monday thru Saturday or after noon on Sunday.  A half-day daycare charge will be charged on Sunday for pickups prior to noon. Daycare charges on your pickup day are added at 10:01 a.m. and 12:01 p.m. respectively.  No exceptions.  Please remember that our guests get up at 6:00 a.m., so we have already cared for them for several hours free of charge.

*Sleepovers exceeding 10 overnights will receive 10% off of any full price stay (only one discount applies)

*Sleepover guests must be dropped off before 3:00PM.  There will be a $10 per dog charge for those dropped off after 3:00PM.

*For early drop-offs and late pickups there is a $10 charge within each 1/2 hour increment (for example pickups at 6:01-6:30 = $10 / 6:31 – 7 = $20, etc.) as office staff leaves at closing time and is required to stay later to check guests in/out and opening caregivers are required to come in early to take in early drop-offs.  While we do have staff onsite 24/7 they are required to be in the sleepover area tending to and supervising our guests.  Therefore, early drop-offs and late pick-ups must be arranged in advance.  We appreciate your understanding
