In addition to the owner, Patty Lance, who has over 35 years of training experience, we are pleased to have the following expert trainers on staff here at Nana-N-Paws:
Tinetha Parker has been training dogs since 1993 and has rehabilitated countless dogs deemed untrainable, fearful and/or aggressive, including those ordered to be euthanized in shelters. She has often been the only chance they have left just before either being surrendered or euthanized. She has worked with dogs in Obedience, Personal Protection, Agility, French Ring, Good Citizenship, Rally, and Dock Diving.
Tinetha is also the Head Pack Leader and Behaviorist at Nana-N-Paws, where she has been integral in developing behavior modification processes and training staff members to be consistent and well informed. Her many years of experience have taught her various breed-specific strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and learning styles. She specializes in all-breed training and realizes that each dog and owner are unique with their own individual training needs. She approaches each dog and owner as individuals and gears the training to meet their needs. Tinetha has a special gift with animals and understands their needs and what it takes to earn their trust and respect.
